On the weekends, Joe and I plan out the dinner menu for the week. We try super hard to stick to it.....TRY. Here is our's for next week:
Sunday: Chili
Monday: Enchiladas
Tuesday: Crescent breakfast rolls (crescents stuffed with scrambled eggs and bacon)
Wednesday: Beef stew in the slow cooker
Thursday: Siracha salmon with salad
Friday: grilled BBQ chicken and green beans
We try to do a theme for each night.
Sunday: Soup or salad or sandwiches
Monday: Mexican
Tuesday: Breakfast
Wednesday: Slow cooker
Thursday: New recipe
Friday: Free for all
