Hello! I thought I would make a post about the beer that we are brewing. It is a Hefeweizen(German wheat beer). It looks really good so far. I started last Thursday so it only has a few days left to ferment. Then I have to add some corn sugar and bottle it! Lastly it will have to age about two weeks before it is ready to drink! Here's what it looks like:
We were also trying to come up with a label for the "Joe-Brew" and these two photos came to mind:
