ALASKA: Fall Festival

Pyrah Pioneer Peak Farm had their Fall Festival today.  The farm is located out in Palmer and we have never been to it or the Fall Festival before.  I was pretty excited about this!  We kind of got a little lost on the way out there (stupid iPhone took us off the beaten path).....However, the drive was gorgeous!

When we finally arrived, we were astonished at how many people/cars were there!  I had no idea that it was this busy and popular!  Once we got in, we headed to the pumpkin patch!  We didn't get a pumpkin yet because we are still so far off from Halloween but it was still fun!

They also had animals!  Mac was not too sure about petting the horse....

They also had this ride thing that was pulled behind a lawn mower (yup, a lawn mower).  Mac had a great time with it!

There was also a maze that Mac LOVED.  He just ran around like a crazy person!

After the maze, we headed to stand in line for this cow ride thing.  They had barrels painted like cows and they were pulled by a 4-wheeler.  Mac LOVED it too!

We were going to stand in line for some lunch (the funnel cakes smelled DELISH) but the line was taking FOREVER and we decided not to wait.  What we did find though was a lady who made homemade caramel.  It was amazingly good so of course we bought a jar of it!  We then just sat around listening to this random band play.

Caryn and Cayla got here right before we were going to leave so we let the kids do a ride together before we left.

We headed out to the car.......Mac wanted to run through the field!
